A vibrant tribute to French women composers — unpublished transcriptions for flute and piano. Yasuko Suzuki is one of the most promising flautists of the French school. The growing interest in French women composers highlights a diverse repertoire, showcasing well-known figures like Louise Farrenc and Cécile Chaminade alongside lesser-known talents such as Joséphine Boulay and Clémence de Grandval. This recording also features works for flute, including Claude Arrieu's Sonatine, a cornerstone of the instrument's repertoire.

The World of Passion and Love — Yasuko SUZUKI, flute

<Second album>

"Amethyste", the title of the CD, is a composition by H. TOYOSHIMA (piano) and M. MIZUGUCHI (guitar). The two small pieces "Loving Feelings", with a very sentimental and Parisian touch, are original works dedicated to me by bassist T. WATANABE. Percussionist T. YAHIRO, with his international career, completes our team — a collaboration of fantastic musicians that gave birth to this warm, passionate Latin sound.

Piazzolla's music perfectly reflects the themes of my musical life — "Love and Passion". It makes us feel the importance of the "prayer for the soul" and human love.
"Give a hand of friendship to the people of the whole world."
I pray for a peaceful world.
